We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Nuneaton at our Packed Products plant. Within this role, you will supervise the day-to-day site activities, ensuring: the safety of everyone on site, labour resources are maximised to fulfill production & delivery requirements, and all management systems are adhered to.

Main Responsibilities

Within the role of Site Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targets
• Troubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvement
• Assisting with site maintenance
• Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periods
• Supervising production employees to ensure they are aware of, and comply with, all company policies and procedures, meet performance levels, and undertake training as required
• Conducting regular reviews with the site team

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Site Supervisor will have experience in a similar role, as well as experience of:

• Manufacturing processes
• Production systems
• Relevant product and/or technical knowledge
• Health and Safety
• Accuracy and attention to detail

The role is based at our Nuneaton Packed Products Site located in Warwickshire. The site is easily accessible from Burton upon Trent, Derby, Castle Donnington, Loughborough, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coventry, Solihull, Market Harborough, Kettering, Northampton, Wellingborough, Banbury, and the surrounding areas.
