We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Nuneaton at our Packed Products plant. Within this role, you will supervise the day-to-day site activities, ensuring:

• The safety of everyone on site
• Labour resources are maximised to fulfill production & delivery requirements
• All management systems are adhered to

Main Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating the weekly production schedule to meet S&OP production targets
2. Troubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvement
3. Assisting with site maintenance
4. Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules for demand fluctuations
5. Supervising production employees to ensure policy compliance, performance, and training
6. Conducting regular reviews with the site team

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and knowledge of:

• Production personnel supervision
• Manufacturing processes
• Continuous improvement processes
• Multi-production line supervision
• Production systems and relevant technical knowledge
• Health and Safety standards
• Plant maintenance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• People supervision experience

The role is based at our Nuneaton Packed Products Site in Warwickshire, accessible from various surrounding areas.
