Join to apply for the Site Supervisor role at M Group Water.

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. This role involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of water infrastructure projects, including shafts construction, mains laying, and chamber construction, among others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading on-site safety and promoting a zero harm culture.
2. Following business management systems to ensure right first-time delivery.
3. Supervising labour, plant, and materials, and managing stakeholder relationships.
4. Developing and implementing project management plans covering safety, environment, and quality.
5. Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and coaching staff in construction techniques.
6. Coordinating document control and participating in investigations and continual improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Skills in controlling costs, schedule, and value management.
• Health and Safety certifications such as IOSH or SMSTS.
• Understanding of Temporary Works requirements.
