Base pay range

Working Site Supervisor - £55,000

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to take the lead on a busy commercial site in London. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys working with both people and systems - this could be a great fit.

You’ll be the go-to person on site, coordinating day-to-day operations, liaising with contractors and tenants, and making sure everything stays on track - from planned maintenance to incident reporting. It’s a role that mixes technical know-how (think building management systems, electrics, HVAC) with solid leadership and a strong customer focus.

What we’re looking for:

A background in building services or facilities management

HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) certification - essential

Strong experience supervising teams and managing contractors

Technical knowledge of systems like BMS, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure

Good organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team

Qualifications like 18th Edition or mechanical/electrical certifications are highly desirable.
