Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for a prestigious Liverpool waterfront project at Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock. The role involves day-to-day supervision of site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring works align with programme schedules while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS, have strong communication and organisational skills, and be able to manage multiple trades on a 5-month contract, starting mid-August.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and maintaining site standards.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Coordinating labour, materials and plant requirements.
• Liaising with Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet standards.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate site records and documentation.
• Supporting project delivery to achieve milestones.

Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3

Contract: 5 Month Contract

Salary: £200 per day

Time Recruitment Solutions are currently supporting a long-standing client who, due to continued growth and expansion, are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee works on a prestigious project based at Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor and play a key role in delivering a high-profile project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.


• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.


• Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and ensuring site standards are maintained at all times.


• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.


• Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements.


• Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives.


• Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.


• Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor within the construction sector.


• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures.


• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.


• CSCS Card.


• First Aid at Work qualification.


• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
