Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site activities. You will lead a site team, balance hands-on work with supervisory duties, and ensure tasks are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or foreman roles is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project information.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors.
• Carry out hands-on work alongside the team where required.
• Manage day-to-day running of the site and ensure works stay on programme.
• Ensure works are completed to required quality and specification.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and site housekeeping.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Monitor materials, plant and equipment and report requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues on site promptly.
• Ensure site records and documentation are maintained.
• Support successful delivery of projects from start to completion.

We are looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to join one of our clients and take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site activities.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on supervisor who can lead a site team effectively while also being willing to get involved with the work when required. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to a high standard and in line with programme requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor, Working Supervisor, Foreman or similar.
• 
  Strong practical/technical construction experience.
• 
  Proven ability to lead and motivate a site team.
• 
  Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
• 
  Ability to read and work from drawings, specifications and project information.
• 
  Good communication and organisational skills.
• 
  Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• 
  Relevant industry qualifications/cards required for the role.
• 
  Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
