Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager for a major cladding project in Jersey. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery, supervise cladding teams and subcontractors, and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

Project involves Cedral Click cladding on a 30-week timeline. Travel and accommodation are fully covered, and the day rate is negotiable based on experience. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or managing cladding projects.
• Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation methods.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card held.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

Site Supervisor / Site Manager - Cladding

Location: Jersey

Project Duration: 30 weeks

Day Rate: Negotiable

Travel & Accommodation: Fully covered

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager with a strong background in cladding systems to oversee a major full-bank recladding project in Jersey.

The project will involve the installation of Cedral Click cladding, and we are looking for someone with proven site experience who can take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of the works.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the recladding project.
• Supervise cladding teams and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, materials and site activities.
• Monitor progress against the project programme.
• Liaise with the project management team, contractors and other site personnel.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements and site procedures are followed.
• Carry out regular quality and progress checks.
• Help resolve site issues and coordinate works to keep the project on programme.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience supervising or managing cladding projects.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of cladding systems.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage trades and subcontractors and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Previous experience working on large-scale recladding projects would be advantageous.
