Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager for a major cladding project in Jersey. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery, supervise cladding teams and subcontractors, and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

Project involves Cedral Click cladding on a 30-week timeline. Travel and accommodation are fully covered, and the day rate is negotiable based on experience. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or managing cladding projects.
• Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation methods.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card held.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the recladding project on site.
• Supervise cladding teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are safe, efficient and of high quality.
• Coordinate labour, materials and site activities.
• Monitor progress against the project programme.
• Liaise with project management team and contractors.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve site issues to keep the programme on track.
