Job summary

Thomas Gray Ltd in Norwich is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a recladding project in the town centre. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.

Immediate start and freelance arrangement offered. The ideal candidate holds SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with strong communication and subcontractor management skills.

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder with site-based experience.
• Experience managing recladding or façades projects is preferred.

Site Manager - Recladding Project

Location: Norwich Town Centre

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join a recladding project based in Norwich town centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Previous experience working on recladding, cladding remediation, façades or external refurbishment projects would be highly advantageous.
