Job summary

Checkmate Fire Solutions Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our operations team in the UK. You will supervise on-site fire protection works, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across commercial and residential projects.

You will manage documentation, liaise with project managers and clients, and drive projects to delivery within scope and schedule; a full UK driving licence and relevant certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within fire protection or construction.
• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• FIRAS accreditation or similar.
• First Aid certification.
• Experience on commercial or residential projects.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site-based fire protection works (fire stopping, passive fire protection, fire doors).
• Ensure all work aligns with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Due to securing several new projects, we are hiring for a Site Supervisor to join our operations team.
