Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Site Supervisor to join a privately owned civils and marine specialist contractor in the South East. You’ll oversee up to 3 gangs on projects from £100k to £3m, ensuring programme and quality on site.

Projects include bridge refurbishment, marine construction, and infrastructure for local authorities, ports, harbours, and National Highways. You’ll work with the Project Manager on site delivery and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience on civils or marine projects.
• Comfortable running multiple gangs at once.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Supervisor level) and First Aid at Work.
• Strong grip on programme and quality control.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of gangs and specialist subcontractors.
• Direct line to the Project Manager on programme, quality, and resourcing.
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials to keep works moving.
• Enforcing site safety standards and quality control.
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors on site.

You’ll oversee up to 3 gangs on projects ranging from £100k to £3m, working closely with the Project Manager to keep programme and quality on track. Projects span bridge refurbishment, marine construction, and infrastructure work for clients including local authorities, ports and harbours as well as National Highways.
