Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Civils) in Worcester, overseeing drainage and reinforced concrete works on a major water infrastructure project. You will supervise day-to-day site operations, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.

Experience in civil engineering sites with drainage and concrete works is essential; CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil engineering projects.
• Strong background in drainage and reinforced concrete works.

Site Supervisor (Civils)

Location: Lower Wick, Worcester

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major civil engineering project in the Lower Wick area of Worcester.

Working on a long-term water infrastructure project, you will be responsible for supervising drainage, reinforced concrete and associated civil engineering works, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
