Job summary

Tribuild is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee an industrial steel-frame fit-out project at South Woodford, London. This hands-on role requires a proactive supervisor who will stay on site, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.

You will manage trades and labour on site, monitor progress and quality, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, and liaise with the project management team.

Qualifications

• Valid 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Experience in industrial fit-out or steel-frame projects.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety.
• Confident managing trades and labour on the ground.
• Full PPE required.
• Relevant references.

Site Supervisor - Industrial Steel-Frame Fit-Out

Location: South Woodford, London
Duration: 5 weeks initially
Working hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
Rate: Negotiable day rate
Start date: ASAP

This is a hands-on, site-based position requiring a proactive supervisor who will maintain a strong presence on the ground, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

The initial duration is approximately five weeks, with opportunities to move onto further projects for someone who performs well.
