Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end staircase installation package in Central London. You will lead on-site trades, ensure safety standards, and drive progression on a demanding project.

Key requirements include SMSTS and First Aid at Work, with a track record in structural steel or architectural metalwork installations. This long-term contract role offers daytime hours and on-site work in Central London.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site installation projects, especially architectural metalwork or structural steel.
• Strong know-how of site safety procedures and legislative requirements.
• Ability to coordinate trades, plan progress, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

A leading architectural metalwork specialist delivering high-end packages across London is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming project.

Location: Central London

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Type: Long-term ongoing contract (potential temp-to-perm)

Role Overview:

You will be leading the on-site delivery of a key staircase installation package in Central London, managing on-site trades and ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision and leadership of 5-10 operative staff on-site.
• Management and technical oversight of specialist metalwork and staircase installations.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS card.
• Valid First Aid at Work certification.
