Job summary

Randstad Business Support - London seeks a Sub Agent to lead a dedicated section of works near Peterhead. You will chair a team of Section and Site Engineers, owning delivery, safety, quality, and productivity to meet programme targets.

Essential CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a UK driving license are required. Role is full-time with a 7am–7pm, Mon–Fri schedule and one Saturday per month. Access via A90/Longside Road; on-site responsibilities include RAMS, NCRs, and handover files.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS required.
• Experience leading civil infrastructure teams on major projects.
• Full UK driving license and site access.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Section and Site Engineers on works near Peterhead.
• Ensure safe systems of work, RAMS, permits, and quality control.
• Monitor productivity, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain project budgets and draft commercial correspondence.
• Hand over documentation and ensure compliance with H&S goals.
