Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Site Services Supervisor for a Bristol-based FMCG manufacturing site. The role focuses on leading a maintenance team, reducing downtime, and delivering reliable production through hands-on planning and fault-finding on key facilities including water utilities.

You will manage a fast-paced environment, drive improvements, and work Monday to Friday on a day shift, with career development opportunities within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Job Role of the Site Services Supervisor

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Services Supervisor to join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. The company has heavily invested in advanced automation, high-speed production lines, and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an excellent workplace for engineers seeking career development, technical growth, and future leadership opportunities.

You will be responsible for leading a site services team that will be carrying out maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including the water element, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Site Services Supervisor

• Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.
• Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
• Experience with Utilities. Experience with Water reduction in large site

Requirements for the Site Services Supervisor

• Hands-on site services experience.
• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Water reduction experience

Desirable Requirements for the Site Services Supervisor.

• Experience working as a Site Services Supervisor in the UK.
• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
