Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Site Services Supervisor to lead a maintenance-driven team on a FMCG manufacturing site. You will oversee maintenance, fault-finding and planned work on equipment and facilities, with a focus on water systems to maximise uptime.

The role runs Monday–Friday on day shifts, offering a competitive salary and benefits. A recognised engineering qualification is required, with UK FMCG site experience preferred for long-term development.

Qualifications

• Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on PM, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Team Leadership / Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Utilities and Water reduction on large sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site services team carrying out maintenance, fault-finding and planned maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability across a fast-paced FMCG site, with a focus on water-related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and support production performance on site.
• Manage a Monday–Friday day shift and coordinate with production teams.

Job Role of the Site Services Supervisor

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Services Supervisor o join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. You will be responsible for leading a site services team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including the water element, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

• Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.

• Experience with Utilities
• Experience with Water reduction in large site

Requirements for the Site Services Supervisor
