Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Site Services Duty Manager for The Lexicon, Bracknell. You will oversee cleaning, waste management and security teams to deliver high standards of service, safety and customer experience on site.

In this role you will lead diverse teams, manage shifts, schedules and budgets, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to develop diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience allocating resources to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
