2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Scunthorpe is seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of site services equipment and infrastructure, tackling electrical and mechanical challenges on a large manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Time-served as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (multi-skilled advantageous).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Experience supporting contractors and working alongside them.
• Forward-thinking with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs across the site.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to plant and equipment.
• Support plant start-up and shutdown procedures, including boilers and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine inspections, tests, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Accurately complete maintenance records using the Piranha system.
• Assist with audit preparation activities, including customer, technical, and pest control requirements.
