Job summary

Careermakers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Services Engineer to ensure the maintenance and repair of towable welfare units and telehandlers. The role involves both on-site and depot work, including scheduled maintenance and inspections, while diagnosing equipment faults.

The successful candidate will travel nationwide, primarily across the Northwest and Midlands. The position offers a supportive work environment with training opportunities and includes a company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with generators and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to carry out basic electrical and auto-electrical fault finding.
• Proven experience building and following structured service schedules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic and preventative maintenance on towable welfare units and telehandlers.
• Perform on-site and depot-based repairs.
• Conduct periodic examinations (LOLER).
• Complete servicing and testing schedules accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engine, hydraulic, generator, and basic electrical faults.
