Job summary

Simkiss Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Site Sales Advisor for a five-star housebuilder at a South Midlands development. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through to reservation, coordinating viewings and closing the sale with high-quality service.

You’ll showcase homes, explain pricing and incentives, and work closely with marketing teams to support launches while maintaining an excellent customer experience. Driving Licence and a flexible 35-hour week are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes, property or estate agency sales.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer journey from first enquiry to reservation and keys handover.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings showcasing development standards.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, incentives and the development.
• Support launches and promotional activity and manage the sales process from start to finish.
