Job summary

Simkiss Recruitment Solutions is supporting a five-star housebuilder with New Homes Sales Advisor opportunities across the South Midlands. You will welcome buyers and guide them from first enquiry to reservation and handover, delivering a professional, high‑quality customer experience.

The role includes both in-person and virtual viewings, requires proven experience in new homes/property sales, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and a 35‑hour week from Thursday to Monday

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales (estate agency).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective buyers and guide them from first enquiry to reservation and handover.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings to showcase property features and incentives.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability and area benefits, and follow up on enquiries.
• Coordinate with marketing and developments to support site launches and promotions.
