Job summary

Simkiss Recruitment Solutions is hiring New Homes Sales Advisors for a five-star housebuilder across developments in the South Midlands. You will manage the full customer journey from first enquiry to key handover, with strong emphasis on service quality and relationship-building.

You will conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, stay fully informed on property specs, pricing and incentives, and support site launches while following up enquiries to progress opportunities to sale closure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property sales or estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Engaging, proactive communicator with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide prospective buyers through the journey from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, explaining homes, pricing and incentives.
• Progress enquiries, follow up leads and manage opportunities to sale closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams for site launches and promotions.
