Job summary

Greencore site in Old Leake near Boston is seeking a Quality Auditor to join a busy production environment. You will audit, monitor and continually improve quality systems, working closely with operations to ensure food safety and compliance with customer and legal requirements.

The role involves hands-on auditing, sampling, taste panels, and data analysis to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Site-based, 3s & 2s shift pattern (06:00-18:00) with permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality systems, GMP, HACCP and traceability in manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving standards.
• Hands-on worker on the factory floor providing technical guidance.
• Ability to audit effectively and drive corrective actions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP, and HACCP and raise non-conformances.
• Identify root causes to reduce repeat non-conformances.
• Conduct traceability audits and present findings clearly.
• Complete sampling including microbiological, nutritional, swabs, organoleptic tests.
• Prepare and trend taste panels and escalate out-of-spec results.
• Calibrate measurement equipment and manage out-of-tolerance actions.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents via audits.
• Assist with NPD trials and product launches, including shelf-life tests.
• Provide technical support to factory teams and customer visits.
• Contribute to KPI delivery through audits and improvements.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards on site.
