Job summary

Greencore Group plc is seeking a Quality Auditor at our Old Leake site near Boston to audit, monitor and improve quality systems across operations. You will work closely with production teams to ensure food safety standards and regulatory compliance, guided by QA leadership, with hands-on technical support on the factory floor.

The role focuses on root-cause analysis, traceability, sampling and data-driven improvements, with opportunities to contribute to NPD trials and customer-focused audits

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of GMP, HACCP and traceability within manufacturing.
• Proactive, detail-focused mindset with a drive to improve standards.
• Hands-on auditing capability with clear guidance for teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional colleagues.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP, HACCP and raise non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Identify root causes and reduce repeat non-conformances on the line.
• Conduct traceability audits and present findings clearly.
• Perform sampling and testing activities as scheduled.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents via audits and data.
• Provide technical support to factory teams and customer visits.
• Assist with NPD trials and product launches, including shelf-life testing.
• Promote safety and environmental standards site-wide.
