Job summary

Greencore Spalding is seeking a Quality Auditor to drive quality and food safety across site operations on a permanent, site-based role. You’ll audit against QMS, GMP and HACCP, provide practical technical support to production teams, and lead corrective actions with guidance from QA leadership.

Working nights on a 3 on/2 off schedule, you’ll perform sample testing, support NPD trials, and help maintain robust quality standards while promoting continuous improvement and safety culture across the

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality systems, GMP, HACCP, and traceability within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP, and HACCP and raise non-conformances.
• Identify root causes and reduce repeat non-conformances.
• Conduct traceability audits and present findings clearly.
• Complete sampling activities to schedule (microbiological, nutritional, swabs, organoleptic).
• Facilitate taste panels and trend results.
• Calibrate factory measurement equipment and manage out-of-tolerance actions.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents via audits and data.
• Support NPD trials and product launches, including shelf-life testing.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to factory teams.
• Contribute to Technical KPI delivery through audits and proactive improvements.
• Work safely and promote health, safety, environmental standards.
