Job summary

Greencore, based at Old Leake near Boston, Lincolnshire, is hiring a Quality Auditor to audit, monitor and improve quality systems across site operations. You’ll work closely with operational teams, ensuring food safety standards and compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP.

The role is site-based with 3/2 shifts 06:00–18:00. You will conduct sampling, traceability audits, investigations into incidents, and support NPD trials, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and traceability in manufacturing.
• Proactive, detail-focused approach with curiosity to improve standards.
• Hands-on confidence on the factory floor, providing practical guidance.
• Ability to audit, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP and raise non-conformances.
• Identify root causes to reduce repeat non-conformances.
• Conduct traceability audits and present findings clearly.
• Complete sampling activities including microbiological and sensory tests.
• Prepare and trend taste panels, escalate out-of-spec results and suggest improvements.
• Calibrate measurement equipment and manage out-of-tolerance actions.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents via audits and data analysis.
• Assist NPD trials and product launches with testing and shelf-life assessments.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to factory teams and audits.
