Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the Homes Team in Birmingham. You will manage a mixed-tenure portfolio, delivering high-quality housing management and excellent customer service to residents, clients and stakeholders.

The role is site-based at Perry Bar Village, 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will oversee repairs, budgeting, service charges, compliance and contractor management while maintaining safe, thriving communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, block management, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of property compliance and health and safety obligations.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, clients and contractors.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage repair and maintenance requests from initial report through to completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and property visits.
• Assist with budgeting, service charge monitoring, and expenditure control.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections of buildings and communal areas.
• Ensure all statutory compliance obligations are monitored and completed on time.
• Instruct, monitor, and manage contractors carrying out maintenance and compliance works.
