Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or lettings.
• Understanding of tenancy processes and health and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage a mixed-tenure portfolio and collaborate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties to high standards and address operational issues promptly.
• Support occupancy and resident retention through proactive management.
• Serve as the main contact for residents and stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors and teams.
• Ensure compliance records are up to date and health and safety standards are met.
