Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Midlands. You will coordinate repairs, inspections and maintenance, ensuring high standards and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of tenancy legislation, strong organisational and communication skills, and an proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service. A permanent role with contract options is available.
