Job summary

Fittra is seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects across London.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and deliveries, monitor progress and ensure works meet programme, safety, and Fittra’s quality standards. Excellent leadership and drawing-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Project or Site Management experience within UK construction.
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical and practical construction knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements.
