Job summary

Scruffy Dog Creative Group is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead residential/high-rise/fit-out projects in the UK. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality align with specifications.

Applicants should have proven senior-site experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of SMSTS/CSCS. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior site-based roles such as Senior Construction Manager or Site Manager.
• Strong background in residential/high-rise/fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Manage health & safety compliance across all site activities.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on project progress.
• Monitor programme, budget, and quality throughout the build process.
• Mentor and support site management teams.
