Job summary

Costain is seeking a capable Project Coordinator for a site-based role overseeing the Anglian Water SPA project. You will coordinate day-to-day site office activities, support the project team with deliverables, and maintain cross-team communication across SPA.

You will manage meeting logistics, logs, permits, RAMS, registers, inductions, and gateway deliverables while promoting health and safety standards on site. The role requires strong IT and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write concise reports and summarise technical information.

Responsibilities

• Support the SPM, PMs and project team with organising meetings and taking minutes.
• Maintain an action log and follow up on due actions with owners.
• Keep Permit, RAMS and Plant registers up to date.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure key documentation deliverables are met.
• Maintain plant and equipment registers and coordinate calibration.
• Coordinate inductions, onboarding and site access for new starters.
• Coordinate deliverables & Gateway presentations for the project.
• Assist document control to ensure project files comply with management requirements.
• Data collation & management; upload deliverables and proof of deliverables.
• Communicate with all site staff and promote wellbeing themes.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and PPE; manage ticket costing and invoice exceptions.
• Order materials for site, site call-off orders, and maintain goods received register.
• Maintain highways coordination sheet; liaise with councils and permits.
• Monitor permits to go live/close and manage traffic management communications.
• Ensure fire emergency procedures and drills are adhered to.
