Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for the Strategic Pipeline Alliance in north Lincolnshire.

The role focuses on translating strategy into outcomes, delivering enabling and delivery phases, and ensuring on-budget, on-time project delivery with strong H&S leadership. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams on large water infrastructure projects, manage design-and-build delivery, and report progress with clear communication and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/MEICA/Construction Management or related subject.
• Proven experience delivering large water infrastructure or linear projects.
• Led multi-contractor, multi-disciplinary teams to a unified delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme strategy into concrete outputs and ensure team alignment with requirements.
• Deliver enabling and delivery phases, keeping projects on track for cost, time and quality.
• Oversee full lifecycle from enabling to handover, including warranty issues.
• Promote a culture of health & safety across the project and teams.
