As a Site Operations Manager with Sodexo in Enfield EN3 7PW, you can find a role that's a perfect mix of passion, perks and potential and build a career with big-name businesses.
You'll be the face of Sodexo, ensuring our services are delivered with excellence and always looking to optimise performance. You will lead a multidisciplinary team on site, managing assets to ensure they are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business, and driving the adoption of best practices to exceed client expectations.
You'll be working on a large multi-function site, and experience of delivering services within a Heavy Manufacturing or production site would be beneficial.
This is a High Growth Account, providing opportunities for development and growth within the role.
What you'll do:
- Ensure the delivery of Soft Services, Cleaning, Catering, Site Services, Site Logistics, Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Washroom Hygiene on site.
- Manage Staff, Health and Safety, and Compliance of the site.
- Interact with the teams daily to ensure clear communication and develop a one-team ethic in service delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction through improving relationships and service.
- Manage budgets to maintain and achieve financial targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for the client.
- Utilise Sodexo software and systems, for example, UDC, SAP, SMS, Leanpath, Kronos.
- Conduct unit audit scores, cleaning audits, HACCP audits, Environmental Health and Safeguard.
- Recruit, induct, motivate, manage, train, and develop all employees following HR policies and guidelines.
What you bring:
- IT literate
- People Management experience
- IOSH or equivalent Managing Safely qualification
- Ability to interpret and utilise financial information
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of operational management in a similar environment
- Proven experience of developing profitable relationships for multi-site contracts
- Broad commercial FM experience and business acumen, knowledge of external industry developments & contract development models
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Experience working in a standards/compliance environment
