DiageoPort Ellen site is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, safety‑driven manufacturing and supply chain operation. You will drive performance across safety, quality, service and cost, and lead the Manufacturing Excellence Program to exceed targets.

The role includes developing the site strategy and a long‑range plan, with 25% shop floor time and on‑call duties for maltings and distilling operations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver extraordinary performance across safety, quality, service and cost targets.
• Lead Manufacturing Excellence and MMS practices on site.
• Develop and execute the five-year CAPEX plan for maltings.
• Oversee site strategy, long-range plans and annual operating plan.
• Provide on-call duty management for maltings and distilling operations.
• Coach and develop the site leadership team and shop floor colleagues.
