Job summary

Diageo requires a Senior Craft to supervise site maintenance at Alloa, ensuring safe, compliant operations and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with planners,craft teams and leaders to manage daily activities, review RAMS, and support risk mitigation while maintaining equipment reliability.

The role focuses on safety, quality and regulatory compliance, with strong leadership of a multi‑skilled team and proactive problem solving across the plant.

Qualifications

• Time‑served electrical or mechanical trade qualification (or local equivalent).
• Minimum HNC in a relevant discipline with at least five years’ engineering experience.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive supervisory support for site maintenance activities.
• Work with maintenance planners, business leaders and craft teams to support daily operations.
• Drive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and compliance.
