Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Shift Manager at Baileys Mallusk to lead End-to-End operations on a shift basis, ensuring safe, hygienic production and adherence to standards. You will drive performance, coach teams and collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply to deliver top-quality products.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing/FMCG experience, IOSH certification or willingness to pursue it, and a degree in a relevant subject.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with team coaching and mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Proactive problem solving and structured approach to issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End operations on shift with responsibility across H&S, quality, cost and people development.
• Drive world-class production performance and continuous improvement on the site.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and coach team members, manage 1:1s and development plans.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance and supply teams to meet KPIs.
