Job summary

You will coordinate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security to deliver initiatives that optimise operational excellence. The role focuses on mentoring teams, analysing performance metrics, and planning for demand fluctuations.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and stakeholder management.
• Proficient written and spoken English; ability to write clear, concise responses.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift and improve site performance.
• Analyse shift performance and implement actions to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security to support site goals.
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve site-wide operational performance.
