Job summary

TeamSport in Brighton is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to run daily site operations, coach the crew, and ensure all SOPs and safety standards are followed. You’ll monitor service quality, wage budgets, and department performance to keep the track welcoming and efficient.

You’ll work weekends and evenings, lead by example, promote equality and inclusivity, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to cover weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and food/consumer legislation.
• Experience in hospitality or leisure operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high standards of service and safety.
• Maintain wage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure SOP compliance across all departments.
