TeamSport is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to ensure daily site performance, uphold company procedures, and coach crew across shifts. You’ll monitor standards, drive customer experience, and support a culture that delivers great service safely and consistently.

You’ll work on weekends/evenings and lead by example, ensuring a high-energy, customer-focused environment while promoting equality and a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit KPIs including wage ratio and financial targets.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to meet SLAs and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs, service quality and safety across all areas.
• Manage budgets and drive profitability.
