Job summary

TfGM in Manchester is seeking a Site Coordinator to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operation of one of our busy bus stations or interchanges. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing travel information and assistance while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires shifting across 06:00–24:00 hours, 37 hours per week, with a 15% shift allowance. A focus on health and safety, incident response and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a busy operational environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm during incidents or disruptions.
• Good communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
• Proficient IT skills and reporting capabilities.
