TfGM Greater Manchester is seeking a Site Coordinator to support the safe, smooth operation of a busy bus station or interchange. You will be highly visible on site, assist customers, coordinate incidents and help keep the station welcoming and accessible.

As a senior member of our Facilities Operations team, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient operation of one of TfGM\'s busy bus stations or interchanges.
As a Site Coordinator, no two days are the same. You\'ll be highly visible across the site, supporting customers, overseeing daily operations, coordinating responses to incidents and ensuring the station remains safe, welcoming and accessible for everyone who uses it.
You\'ll be the first point of contact for many customers, providing travel information, assisting those who may need extra support, and remaining calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations or service disruptions. Alongside delivering excellent customer service, you\'ll play a key role in monitoring health and safety compliance, carrying out site checks, reporting issues and helping to create a safe environment for customers, colleagues and operators.
You\'ll need to be flexible, as our operational hours are 06:00 to 24:00 Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays on a shift basis, working 37 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, resilient and highly visible on site, taking pride in delivering excellent customer service while helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the station.
We offer a competitive salary starting from £31,885 per annum plus a shift allowance of 15%, this means that as you\’ll work on a rostered basis, we\’ll add an extra 15% onto your total pay for the month (not just for certain shifts).
