TfGM is hiring a Facilities Operations Assistant to help run safe, clean and welcoming bus stations and interchanges across Greater Manchester. You will support the team, help ensure safe operations, and assist with reporting using a mobile device.

The role involves weekend work with varying hours, and offers a competitive salary with a 15% shift allowance, plus mileage/travel time expenses and a full uniform.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational/customer service role in a busy, bustling environment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse audiences.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and inviting bus stations and interchanges across Greater Manchester.
• Support the team to ensure sites operate safely and efficiently.
• Produce records and reports using a mobile device.
