Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester TravelSafe Partnership is seeking an Operations Lead to support the TravelSafe Strategy across the Bee Network. You will manage the TravelSafe contract, analyse data to spot trends, and coordinate operations with partner agencies, including the Transport Police and Crime Command.

The role includes supporting the team, engaging with communities, and aiding incident responses. This is a permanent, hybrid role with two days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Experience of safety and security in a transport environment.
• Strong communication skills when working across agencies and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret varied data and identify trends.
• Ability to adapt to changing and competing demands and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the TravelSafe Support and Enforcement Officer (TSEO) contract.
• Analyse data to identify trends and hotspot locations to inform patrol activity.
• Coordinate joint operations with partner agencies, including GM Police’s Transport Police and Crime Command.
• Support wider team activities including customer engagement, education initiatives and organisational resilience work.
• Assist with responses to operational incidents as required.
