Dalkia is seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to lead the on-site Office Services function at Dungeness B Power Station. You will manage a team of five administrators and oversee HR, payroll, financial controls and service desk activities to ensure smooth site operations.

With hands-on leadership, you'll build strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the site while maintaining cost

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team in a support/administration function.
• Strong HR and payroll understanding with financial exposure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• HR and payroll: oversee on-site HR administration and payroll activities.
• Financial management: monitor costs, budgets, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Office services and administration: coordinate administrative support across departments.

• Help desk and service delivery: manage help desk and CAFM systems.
