Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking two Site Managers for a £20m+ waterfront refurbishment and remediation scheme in Southampton. The project includes extensive façade and recladding works along with internal refurbishment.

You will work with the project team, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, managing look-aheads, ensuring works are delivered to drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment and façade projects.
• Delivery of complex schemes on site with coordination of trades.
• Knowledge of drawings and specifications is essential.

Southampton | £20m+ Waterfront Residential Project | Long-Term Opportunities

The Company

Our client is an established specialist contractor operating as both a Principal Contractor and Specialist Subcontractor, delivering complex refurbishment, remediation and façade projects from design through to completion.

They are currently delivering a £20m+ major refurbishment and remediation scheme at a landmark waterfront residential development in Southampton.

The project includes extensive façade and recladding works alongside significant internal refurbishment works.

They are looking to appoint two Site Managers:

These are long-term opportunities, with further projects in Southampton and the surrounding area that the contractor is well positioned to secure.

The Roles

Both Site Managers will work as part of the wider project team, taking responsibility for their respective areas of the scheme.
