Site Manager Exeter Long term contract work
An externals specialist about to commence works on a remediation scheme in Exeter is seeking a driven and quality focussed Site Manager with a proven track record in facades to provide support the team on an external refurbishment programme commencing in the Autumn.
Working for a specialist contractor who has a proven track record in similar schemes, you''ll be supporting the Senior Site Manager on the project, (Facade installation and cladding remediation works) and will play a huge part in ensuring that the project is delivered safely and within the prescribed budget and time allocations.
You should have a demonstrable work history reflecting previous experience of remediation works, especially Curtain Walling and Fire barrier replacements, be used to working within a principal contractor capacity and have a sound and thorough understanding of building control and (ideally) structural warranty standards.
You should have good knowledge of site software packages ( Multivista/Fieldview or similar) with knowledge of MS project an advantage.
As this is a site based role, you should also have SMSTS, CSCS, First aid at work with Scaffold awareness/PASMA being desirable.
It’s imperative that you’re au fait with documentation and reporting methods, specifically regarding Quality control and safety.
