Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Site Manager based in Basingstoke, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for managing direct employees and subcontractors, implementing health and safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with CDM requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Power, Water, Gas, or Highways sectors.
• Experience managing trenching, RC works, duct installation.
• Current SMSTS accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct employees and subcontractors.
• Implement CDM checklist requirements.
• Conduct site inductions and health & safety inspections.
• Review Risk and Method Statements.
• Issue work permits.
• Maintain a site diary and conduct daily briefings.
