Job summary

Durateam-Environmental is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a clean water mains renewal project in Bournemouth. You will lead site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality standards.

Key requirements include SMSTS, CSCS, EUSR Water Hygiene, First Aid at Work and a full UK driving licence, with a focus on coordinating daily site activities and compliance with CDM and Street Works regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in the water/utilities industry.
• Proven delivery of clean water mains renewal or replacement projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water mains renewal works.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress.
• Deliver toolbox talks and implement RAMS and permits.
• Liaise with the client, Project Manager, and wider delivery team.
• Maintain site records and ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and Street Works requirements.
